About Ralph Paglia

Who is Ralph Paglia?

Ralph Paglia has always been passionate about automotive and has been called by peers the “Godfather of digital marketing”.  He was raised by entrepreneurs in the wholesale produce business and used car lots. 

Paglia has long had an interest in supporting regional business operators who drive local economies and community. It was this passion and his enthusiasm for American muscle cars and motorsports that led him into the car business in the 80’s in San Diego. 

Paglia lives, eats and breathes the ADM Consulting mission of helping local car dealerships prosper and grow in a digitally driven world where the current and future market conditions include consumer demands for a different car buying experience and auto industry disruptors such as alternative energy powered and autonomous vehicles, subscription ownership and ride-sharing business models.

Paglia received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Valparaiso University where he was an active Phi Kappa Psi fraternity brother.  He then went on to the SUNY@Buffalo (UB) for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He has two daughters and granddaughters and spends his spare time writing articles, managing the ADM Community at and giving back to young people who are in the growth stage of their lives.

Outside of ADM Consulting, Paglia is an active technology investor and advisor, helping entrepreneurs and companies transition from growth stage to scale. He currently serves as a board member of Automotive Media Partners, LLC, and as an advisor to several automotive industry ventures including J.D. Power and Hire The Winners, Inc.  He’s a frequent speaker and guest lecturer to businesses and universities, and has appeared in many leading publications and as keynote speaker at industry events.

He proudly shares his Linkedin profile with over 200 professional recommendations at several industry achievement awards including Cyber Car Catalyst of the Year, Digital Dealer Professional of the Year and the Passion Award from Digital Marketing Strategy Conference.

 Ralph Paglia serves as the president and consulting practice leader of ADM Consulting, LLC. As the founding principal at ADM Consulting, Paglia has helped shape the company from its initial concept into one of the most respected sources of strategy and tactical guidance in the digital automotive marketplace. Prior to ADM Consulting, Paglia served as president of Automotive Media Partners, LLC and in senior management roles at Tier 10 Marketing, ADP Dealer Services, Reynolds and Reynolds, and Courtesy Chevrolet including vice president and director-digital marketing.

When Paglia was at ADP Dealer Services, he was responsible for establishing business partnerships and alliances with Automotive OEM's, enterprise class national accounts and eBusiness organizations in the automotive vertical. Paglia's role was to facilitate business development with a focus on defining requirements and providing Digital Marketing solutions to car companies and dealers that would accelerate and expand success in selling vehicles, parts and services. 
He has long served as a leader in the use of web based channels, strategies and tactics. He brings to his team and clients 20+ years of leadership in technology enabled automotive marketing and sales focused strategy with a trach record of successful implementations. Paglia is an expert at development highly detailed and specific software development requirements, customer relationship management (CRM) applications and creating the compelling digital marketing value propositions, along with requisite key performance indicator measurements, needed to go to market with these types of solutions...
