Hertz NeverLost Customer Service on Steroids via Social Media

Holy Customer Service on steroids! I tweeted that Hertz NeverLost sent me to a Mercedes-Benz dealership that was listed in their system as Antwerpen Hyundai. They overnighted a letter of apology, a coupon for free NeverLost and a hand written $20 check as a refund... This may be the best example of Social Media Marketing and Reputation Management that u have ever personally experienced. I will only use Hertz from now on and recommend them at every opportunity I get. And... I get plenty!
