About Ralph Paglia

Is Ralph Paglia the Godfather of Automotive Digital Marketing?

Ralph Paglia has always been passionate about automotive and has been called by his peers the “Godfather of Automotive Digital Marketing”
He was raised by a family of entrepreneurs in the wholesale produce business and Massachusetts used car lots.

Paglia has long had an interest in supporting regional business operators who drive local economies and community. It was this passion and his enthusiasm for American muscle cars and motorsports that led him into the car business in the 80’s after he moved from Buffalo, NY to San Diego, CA.

Paglia lives, eats and breathes the ADM Consulting mission of helping local car dealerships prosper and grow in a digitally driven world where the current and future market conditions include consumer demands for a different car buying experience and auto industry disruptors such as CoVid-19, Pandemics, alternative energy powered and autonomous vehicles, subscription ownership and ride-sharing business models.

Paglia received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Valparaiso University where he was an active Phi Kappa Psi fraternity brother.  He went on to SUNY@Buffalo (UB) for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

He has two daughters and two granddaughters that are a great source of fatherly pride... Paglia spends his spare time writing articles, managing the ADM Professional Community at the network he created: along with giving back to the community by coaching young people who are in the growth stage of their lives.
